Just ask any one of our clients and they will
tell you that everything we do is customized for
each individual agency in compliance with Federal,
State and Medicare requirements.
Why have we been so successful helping all of
our agencies obtain accreditation and certification?
The fact is that we are only focused on the Medicare/Medicad
accreditation and certification process. This
allows us to provide the very best in education,
training, and preparation for certification for
home health care agencies.
Our staff includes a mix of healthcare professionals
with over forty years of home health care agency
management experience. This includes former Senior
CHAP Site Surveyors.
21st Century Health Care Consultants has prepared
hundreds of home healthcare agencies for Accreditation
and Medicare Certification.
Call any of our clients and see for yourself why
our reputation is impeccable and ask
them how they have been accredited with no deficiencies.
